| This camp will be a BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL Camp. Additionally, please bring a water bottle and a snack if needed. |

| WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS A HEALTH ISSUE? |
| Under our forms link, you will be reviewing and signing the necessary forms to begin your child's persoanl training session. If there is a specific health issue, a Medical Release will have to be sent to your doctor before your child starts training. |
| WHEN TO REGISTER |
| It is best to register early as possible. This will give you time to make sure your child has everything they need to start on day one of the camp. |
